General health: 1-2 capsules per day.
Heart, circulation & brain health: 3 capsules per day.
Joint health: up to 5 capsules per day.
To support a healthy heart & circulation and normal brain function up to 3 capsules per day are recommended. To maintain joint comfort and mobility up to 5 capsules per day may be required depending on the individual.
