Directions & Precautions
SUITABLE FOR: Bodybuilders and weight training individuals, team sports competitors, ‚hard gainers and those who have difficulty gaining weight.
Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. Add 65g (2 heaped scoops) to 350ml of water, or if extra energy is desired prepare with 350ml of full cream milk. Consume up to 3 serves a day.
