DO NOT SWALLOW Place a tablet into a glass filled with luke warm water and fully immerse your dentures. Leave dentures to soak for 10 minutes (Plates with metal should not be left soaking for longer than 10mins). Brush and Rinse Dentures thoroughly before wearing.
